@DaxxDom their tongue is short. Babies havent fully developed their mouths which combined with a lack of muscle memory leads to them not being able to pronounce everything perfectly. She knows how to speak, she just physically cant.

@W yeah, basically. It would be like trying to do sports but your arms and legs are suddenly shortened by half. By the time you manage to adjust, you grew and you need to adjust again.
