@....  Hey, Try to use antiperspirants instead of deodorant and see how that works out

also if you apply perfume while spelling bad it will make the smell worse

You also might not be washing a particular area, such as the feet or the belly button

I think what you are suffering from is a real illness and your doctor will surely help you.
I don't know what the question exactly might be, but maybe this information will help:
A metabolic disorder, trimethylaminuria, or fish odor syndrome, makes a person smell like fish that has gone bad. Sufferers of the rare disease are unable to break down trimethylamine, an ingredient that has a fishy smell. When digesting foods such as eggs, fish and also some vegetables, trimethylamine is produced in the digestive tract. If there is too much of it in the body, the substance comes out in urine, breath, sweat and also seminal fluid.
Unpleasant body odors can also be caused by foods that contain sulfur (for example, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower etc). Whether eaten cooked or raw, these foods give off sulfur that produces a rotten egg smell when digested. It also reaches the sweat glands. So choose foods with less sulfur such as pumpkin, sweet potato, zucchini, oranges, peaches.
If possible, reduce the amount of garlic and onion in the food.
The main thing, pal, don't get discouraged, it's just a disease and it's treatable.
I sincerely wish you recovery.
@.... maybe it's the soap you use try using a different soap to see if it changes anything
