@Callmesenpai Honestly speaking, I agree to some level on that. He had full control of what he agreed to and was fully aware of this. Which technically would be giving consent to it. How the ML behaved was aggressive and maybe not the best way to start off regarding it's his(MC) first time. In the end though, he did realize it and stopped so yeah.
