If you can't stomach this type of plot then dont read it at all and complain when at the start of the story it is already hinting for a toxic relationship not a fluffy romance. Yuri is a complicated character, it doesn't justify his action of being that twisted but he did grow up in a toxic environment..
This is basically like a point of view of a villain(Not that cute villain in other isekai story but a real one with a dark personality). At least he never cheated on her and protect her over and over again.
