@MONIE actually.... That was a good one, I didn't know solo leveling had a meaning to it... Wow cool
@MONIE its because its says in the previous chapter "once a hunter awakens, their strength will stay the same"

But this isnt the case for jin-woo because he just gets stronger each time he fights. Which means only he can level up, that's why its "solo leveling". I probably just stated the obvious-
