Honestly in Omniscient Readers Viewpoint the chances of being first to comment first is low cause people starts to read is as soon as the new chapter is released, so by the time you finish reading at least 1-2 people might comment unless you are a super fast reader or you comment before you read, if none then it all depends on luck
