@Shadow Vizny yes, but we have no concept of strength yet. In certain situations the max lvl is 10, in others it's 100 and sometimes there isn't one. She could have very weak manipulation magic or she could have a very high rank. Of course, I'm not saying she doesn't already sound manipulative, I'm just saying that lvl 3 has no meaning yet

@Rei unless they were lucky enough to have a divine protection that protects them from manipulation magic she still has the advantage when using it against them

@Rei brother, the problem isn't the level, but it's presence. It is present as an ability is a matter of concern.
