I want truck-kun to have a manga that would be so funny just stories about it being sentient and going around isekai people.

@LOL I think there is a manga already like that. Truck-kun isn't a sentient but an agency full of agents whose main roles are to help individually picked people isekai. There is even a chapter where they fail to run the person over by truck, so as a result they rip the front bumper off the truck and proceed to chase them while trying to bash their head in. It's very short with only one chapter sadly.
