I'll just put the spoiler so regarding the main lead, yes it's the guy who bullied the female lead it's bluish-black hair.
The story is more like your stereotype of Japanese-Chinese like the manga so you do not expect a proper plot... yeah she does have proper three love interests some minor crush/liking her but the most who catches the eye is the Duke (1, white-grey hair) and after a lot twisted turn main lead(2) and her fiance (3) is good person but unfortunately, he has a very small role.
If you're interested in to logical story plot this is not for you to read but if you're interested in a dramatic and slightly plain toxic story so this is good.

I'm giving you the other half of the spoiler the reason why the main lead bullied the female lead and killed the family (in the first timeline) is that ML hated his mother who looked like the female lead and her family.
Yes, he's under a magic spell so that would give him a bipolar-like personality he does regret it in the future chapters but that is kind of a long way to go.
Also, the chapters would be slightly good but as the chapter goes on it starts getting dumb, especially with the female lead and the main lead(s) turns out to be slightly understanding, but the main lead is completely a55h0le.
Roughly only at the end, Ml realizes he's deeply in love with the FL he starts changing his behavior.
FL does have an interest that does come almost indirectly confessing her liking towards Duke and a bit of her fiance but nothing upfront.

The reason why ML hates his mother is because she abused him- she was physically and mentally tormenting him, throughout his childhood but he could not take Revenge because he was small and nobody would believe him as well as when he grew up his mother passed away or something like that happened.
Whenever he saw the family of the female lead it always reminded him of his mother so his mind blankly tried to take revenge which was one of the plot holes where some Wizard or magician tried to take advantage of ML by killing the family of the female lead (who was one of the majority supporters of the Kingdom most loyal one) because FL's whole family looked-features same as ML's mother.
The female lead's fiance was not much interested in the female lead in the first timeline, but in the second timeline, he meets the female lead and like her, unfortunately, there is only a minor part.
