@mastergooner3 as the spokesman of Mercury's rather humble population, I submit our official notification to decline this offer. We currently face out own non green hair policies in an effort to avoid further mercury rising. We submit that this opportunity be offered to the Uranians.

@Po As a representative of the Uranian Republic, we GLADLY DECLINE that piece of trash. He did not meet the basic standard of becoming a Uranian Republic. We would not want to tarnish the outstanding reputation of our Republic in the solar system, so we pass this opportunity to the Neptunians. Thank you
