I don't know why are people are surprised he is sleeping with everyone...the original story has "harem" tag in it. Did people not notice?? if some people are looking for mutually exclusive, a/b/o story this is not it. Even the author has mentioned it explicitly in the creator's note last time in between season haitus- its a harem story and the symbolism of the cover is quite literal.
