@Aneesh as someone in the medical field, this has been said before and doctors have used their positions to fire doctors for speaking about medical injustices, “medical whistleblowing” exists, and as we know the most egoistical specialty is surgery. Ever heard the saying “what the difference between god and a surgeon? God doesn’t think he’s a surgeon”. So their kind of being somewhat realistic. I was in a surgery once and saw 3 surgeons fight for 2 hours over who was more qualified while the patients leg was wide open (femur replacement) and they only stopped once the anesthesist said the patient’s BP is dropping; keeping in mind they had to postpone the surgery for another day; so it was a waste of 6 hours, and the person who suffered was the patient 🤷‍♀️
