It might have been done by the artist because japan loves their censorship,
It wasn't done by japan i think its done by the translator...
if its a low quality black box its from the transalator if its bubbles covering it or the light shining on it covering it its from the artist
@Camus91 that is just the Japanese laws. They have to censor everything to sell in Japan
