I have already commented about how I view inseo to be spoiled, despite his selflessness but also someone who is arrogant without really knowing it as again I have discussed that he is pretty spoiled, and he does see the world and one way and that is his own way so when yihyeok rejected him, he panicked so much so that he went up and beyond to try to enforce his views, he went places for his own wants and now that it dawned on him that yihyeok will not be waiting for him, because of his own actions so he really can't blame anybody else, it's making him spiral, making him do everything that he can to get him back to reset everything that he deems valuable is still within reach, which is exactly why I really want him to suffer a little bit more cause again he is arrogant and as much as we don't really see it, he knows how to play up his looks and his personality, but what he didn't expect is that someone who essentially knew him all his life would be able to see right through him, because even his own mother couldn't, so now he has to push himself out of the pedestal that he has been put on for all his life, and to be humbled and not rely on his looks solely to get what he wants, and by doing this, he has to change and he has to except that it's not only his way or the highway I just really hope that the author really lean into that instead of the usual trope that he's just gonna be forgiven with literally little to no character development, i really want to see him put himself out there with the knowledge that he will embarrass himself, and he will most likely be rejected, but really be vulnerable because truly, I don't even think that we even saw him raw and emotional that much we really couldn't crack into psyche because he himself is confused he's spiralling and for people like him unfortunately, that's the only way to snap into reality, so yeah, I really wish for the author to lean into this because the narrative is making me salivate, I'm very excited.
