hmm, if about 'finally tohether' i think.. in the latest chapter , they just figure out something new about their feelings, i think we should wait for the upcoming chapter 
.. till this moment, they do not in the final conclusion yet about their relationship.. just there is a caring moments and they still dont have clear answer for their own feeling.. lets wait patiently although im in urge to know about their true feelings tho ..hihihi 
At the end of the first novel they "decide" to stay and live together in berlin. But the words lover and relationship are first mentioned in the second novel after they are together for several years.
