@Human they did give a hint when the monkey king (Wukong) spoke about his regression and how Zeus has become friends with Hercules (in the monkey timeline, which is different from how their relationship was in the MC timeline)
suggesting the timeline has been affected by MC action, so yeah, they indirectly said he was still alive.
