@Galactic Navy Officer yes !! i was expecting they would've come up with a solution for that since the kingdom was showen competent and now suddenly sloppy this has be a dum take or they must have underestimated that the demon lord would not act on them but will see what happens

@Goth lov Some of the leadership is competent, but boy are many of the subordinates arrogant. And MC's throwing the sand in the gears that's exposing those flaws.

@Galactic Navy Officer But he isn't just malfunctioning them, he's destroying them. He has complete control over magic. If a barrier protecting an entire city is easily destroyed by him, such a small collar won't be a problem either no matter how much they upgrade it.
