@Harlock Not technically random, but this probably coming from Manga UP, the aggregate sites for whatever fuc**** reason treat every part-chapter from there as their own full chapters. In some other sites where they include the chapter name it's like "Chapter 32 - chapter 7.2" for example or whatever.
