For max lv 999 he is very weak. Almost lost to a lv 1 hero. Author who make the story is he dumb?

@rodok Puyeng When did he almost lost to the "hero" He stayed on top during the entire fight and the only reason he didn't one shot him is so he would deplete the power of the holy sword to destroy it
