As soon as they cross into Lombardi territory, the Lombardi Knights block the gate and stop Ethan and the Imperial Knights from entering. The commander, Lambert Lombardi, refuses to let them in, reminding them of an old rule that Imperial troops are not allowed inside Lombardi. So in the end, Clerivan barely escapes thanks to Perez, and Lombardi protects them by standing their ground against the Imperial Knights. Tia runs to Clerivan as soon as she sees him get off his horse and hugs him tightly 😭😭 He smells like the wind from riding, and even though he laughs, she can feel his body trembling from fear. Laurelle comes closer, crying again. Clerivan gives her a handkerchief, the same one she gave him before which makes her even more emotional. Tia realizes that even if he doesn’t show it, Clerivan truly cares about Laurelle like a younger sister 🥹 Clerivan tells Tia that the Imperial Knights have taken Violet.

Tia feels angry and wants to act immediately, but she controls herself because she knows she must wait for the right moment. The charge against Violet is very serious which being involved in trying to kill the Emperor. Laurelle suggests explaining the truth, but Tia knows the Empress will just create another false accusation. So instead, Tia decides to target the Empress directly. She believes the Empress is desperate, and that gives them a chance to fight back.

Tia watches him leave on his horse, feeling uneasy because things are now like a battlefield outside. Later, at the Angenas mansion, Empress Ravini hears from Ethan Klaus that Clerivan has secretly entered the Lombardi mansion. She gets very angry and blames Ethan for not stopping him earlier. She orders him to find important contract and land documents, which are very important for her plans. The contract is her biggest weakness now, even though she has the Emperor’s support. Finally, Ravini gives a dangerous order. She tells Ethan to stop Clerivan from attending the upcoming meeting at any cost. If he tries to leave the Lombardi mansion, she orders him to be killed. She believes that without Clerivan, the Pellet Company will collapse, and she smiles at the thought. 

Crenny returns to Lombardi after a long time and feels happy seeing the familiar place again. He has been doing very well at the academy, always ranking at the top, and is proud that he will finish his studies faster than expected. While heading to the mansion, his carriage suddenly stops because Imperial Knights are blocking the way. He becomes confused and worried when he sees the mansion surrounded by troops. Gillieu and Mairon reassure him and tell him to ask Tia for details. Inside the mansion, the atmosphere is tense. Grandpa watches the situation carefully. Gallahan and Shannanet suggest helping Tia because the conflict with the Imperial family is putting pressure on her. However, Grandpa refuses. He believes this is Tia’s battle and that she must overcome it on her own to prove she is strong enough to lead Lombardi in the future. Meanwhile, the conflict has already caused serious damage.

The Empress has destroyed the Pellet Company and Clerivan’s mansion while searching for something she could not find. Despite this, Lombardi remains silent and keeps the mansion gates closed. After several days, the day of an important meeting arrives. Tia prepares to leave and reassures her father before heading out. As her carriage exits the mansion, an Imperial knight named Ethan Klaus forcefully opens it without permission. Tia stays calm and confronts him confidently, pointing out his disrespect. He explains that he is following an imperial order to inspect all carriages, likely from the Empress, who is trying to stop Clerivan Pellet. Tia does not back down.

Even though Ethan Klaus tries to intimidate her, she stands firm and reminds him of her authority as the Deputy Head of Lombardi. She makes it clear that he has no right to act so boldly against her, showing that she is ready to face the Imperial family without fear 👏👏 He was harsh with her when she mentioned the Empress, showing signs of frustration.
