Just a bizarre story. Start off by nerfing and power ratcheting, gives the author power to give MC power up or down whenever author feels like it. Really hate this type of control over a character. It is like a micromanaging author then throwing in rando character with odd desires... should've stuck to demons wanting to gain power and control humans and MC found he can gain "redemption" through helping...or something but this is meh. Even the father made no sense, he sent his son to stop someone, son killed in a "DEMON/HELLISH" world and he gets sent to human realm? The start is off.. The entire story foundation is weak.
