I can tell you the tat's meaning. It's Lord Shiva's Trident and the Om symbol. In cultural terms it should be regarded as a modern design representing Shiva the destroyer. But they'll probably give it something more fancy description. Still, doesn't make it ok to use it with that placement. I love the story but it's kinda offensive.
