@Peaceofsheet I don't remember all the details but Shirone worked for Rian's family when he was younger. Shirone and Rian became rivals and then friends and Rian took an oath to be his knight. The noble family finance Shirone's education.
@Peaceofsheet Shirone used to work as a butler at Rian's home for a year before coming to the Magic Academy. Rian and he became friends and then after sometime Rian took the oath of a Knight making Shirone his master. He was also a troublemaker and his potential is locked and his sister likes Shirone.
