@Black widow I looked this manga up after seeing multiple edits throughout this year. Stumbled upon a video talking about this one shot and it supposedly means that CSM fans should stop analyzing csm as much. Basically that's it's not as deep as people think it is and we should rather just focus on the story - listen to the song instead of reversing, translating it, and so on
