@Near It depends: like what she said, why she said it, and who she said it about. If she said some random guy was nice to hold a door open for a few seconds so she could walk thourgh, then nope. But if she starts saying "Bob is so nice, it's surprising that he has been as single as he is, especially with those muscles and that fancy car of his, it's just so great that he is so nice." then yes guys will get jealous.
