Can I say how it aggravates me, in games where skills and their levels are partially separate from player levels, when players say "he can't do that because he can only be X levels at most"? When a skill can be leveled up separately, and the skill isn't capped until a certain player level is reached, it should be taken into account that a specific skill could be leveled up by grinding, while the player level grows more slowly.
