@Hellblade1335 Ki control is basically higher AP less DC as it concentrates ki. Even if an explosion happens the user can control it. Frieza against Vegeta blasted earth with 0 effort without even him realizing, Black Goku in SDBH also did the same in regular Rose with a regular ki blast while wayy more potent and larger attacks like spirit bomb which absorbs energy across an entire macrocosm does city level damage and etc.
