also im not sure if these are cramps or not but im just assuming they are since i just remembered ive had this kind of pain once durning my period but i thought of it as a cramp which led me to calling this pain a cramp but it felt a bit different since it hurt even when i breathed and couldnt even move an inch durning that time but i just thought it was a cramp worst then usual and forgot abt it but its kinda wrong since im having that same pain from then right now when my period is still about 2 weeks away but this time i can move a bit and it dosent hurt when i breathe bc back then i felt like i was dying it hurt like he** when i breathed but and i didnt get rid of the pain then, i just somehow fell asleep (i think) im not quite sure and when i woke up i wasnt in pain anymore... so is this still smth that needs me to go to a clinic or hospital??
