The story has three parts. This latest chapter is included in the first part. The seme was assholee, he believes that the uke killed his fianceé (the omega guy from chapter 1). The uke was really an alpha but then evolve to omega. Part 1 is pretty much about the Seme's revenge to the uke. To make the story short, the uke will die in the part one. While on brink of death, he asked the Seme if he could just say 'I love you' for the last time but the Seme just look at him while crying.
The second part. They got reincarnated with same life. But There was plot twist. The Seme doesn't remember anyting in their first life while the Uke was very well aware how cruel the Seme was to him because he remembers everything. In this life, the Seme wasn't that assholeee like from the first part. Many things happen, to make the story short, they have children and they live as a family BUT the uke suffers from nightmares due to his memories from the past remembering what happened to him. The uke again die due to illness.
On the last part, it is where the story was so satisfying. Their third life wasn't as sad from two parts because in this life, the Seme remembers his life from the first part, he remembers all his cruelty to the uke while the uke doesn't remember anything from his first and second life. The Seme regretted every thing he did, he tried everything just to get back from the uke but uke just find it weird. To make the story short, it is not a happy ending. The Seme just wishes the Uke's happiness, since he couldn't create the family he remembers from the two parts of the story.
