And 3: You can always tell when someone is lying from their reaction. His reaction was a stutter but it seemed he quickly noticed his stutter and stopped it. He was also smiling to brush the matter off, like he didn't do anything and doesn't even understand the situation. If he was innocent-- his face would have sunken, that would look like "Am I being framed?" or "Am I going to jail?" and he would probably be more neverous and accidentally mix his words up, he would also be stuttering a lot more from fear of being framed.
