Manga - Japanese (black/white, reads right to left)
Manhwa - Korean (colour, reads left to right)
Manhua - Chinese (colour, reads left to right)
Manhwa and manhua aren't that different, but the feel of the story is different, you'll notice it as you read them.
(I don't read much manhua anymore, not because they're just all bad or something, I just don't vibe with it. There's a lot of slang, idioms and phrases that can't be translated well into english so it loses some feeling and meaning from the scene. The humour can be feel a bit overdone and not genuine, the plot usually incorporates a lot of filler/fluff drama that exists for little to no real reason. The plotlines and characters can be repetitive and show little to no growth, even after hundreds of chapters. There's a couple of ones I still enjoy but mostly they just don't suit my taste)
