its because mangabuddy or mangascan is an aggregator site that takes uploads from other sites. there are countless aggregator sites that "steal" it and there's nothing you can do about it - there are just too many copies. I guess on the brighter side, I don't really understand why the uploader would be mad about this... it's not personal, it's just how these sites work, and it's inevitable.
