Siwoo is only human. He may notice things about Do Hyeok but he's failed at noticing how he affects Do Hyeok. He distances himself when he thinks he's getting to close, probably thinking Do Hyeok doesn't actually want him, just what he can do for him. Which, we all saw was s**, yet we know this ain't true cause we get glimpses of Do Hyeok's view point most of all through this side story.
we don't get as much through Siwoo's Eyes, just that he's confused and doesn't know what he wants either.
its a tricky past and sticky situation they are going through. Siwoo tells himself he can't love him because of Suha, maybe he thinks Do Hyeok loved Suha and would end up treating Siwoo like that as well if he did, even if he thinks of others first, he always thinks of Do Hyeok's 'friends' because of course he's jealous and also hesitant in his actions due to knowing about that.
.... also with Seo Siwoo at the hotel, he was at the hotel with Do Hyeok was he not? Before he left and when he ran into the Grey haired dude wangyu(?)
He just didn't tell dipstick that Do Hyeok was there cause he didn't want him bothering Do Hyeok... right? Cause I can't think of anything else. If that's true, then he does care for Do hyeok, he doesn't want him around that dandruff head.
