@Haru honestly same. Cuz some female alpha is like some omega male(depends on the author vision of the universe). They have dicks but the also have a pu***(some just say a**, weird but its weird to begin with). So like the only difference maybe the female alpha has bigger dicks and actual stronger sperm compare to male omega. Where they both can conceive but the only difference is the sperm strength(counts and etc)
