Y'all I finally got the plot! Muukya is a drug dealer. He showed up at the shop (with the fake police men) to kill the owner because his drugs ended up being delivered to the cafe. Thats why Muukya said "in exchange for not killing you, date me". The owner notices a few things about Muukya such as his sensitive tongue and the dark mist that emanates from him. Right now, the owner does enjoy talking to Muukya because he doesn't have to worry about the words but he doesn't like the chaos he brings into his quiet life.
