1. Haien isn't someone who can fight physically. She only has ok sorcery and crazy summoning with a good bit of water control. Nor does she seem very interested in learning hand to hand or weapon training. That's why she needs to be rescued like this. Or would you rather her just be an op Mary sue with no weaknesses?
2. Just cause it's fiction and a bunch of other series makes it to where men and women are physically equal, doesn't mean everyone has to do it. Men are physically stronger then women and has been the ones to fight in military since forever. The fact we saw any women actually doing something in combat is already enough inclusion since most women don't even wanna go into combat in the first place.
3. the more i read this the more I'm starting to grasp that this just might be harem series with the girl eventually getting all the men. And usually female authors are the ones to make stories like these. If you don't like this type of manga/manwhua then avoid reading them. Cause this is just somethinbrg that happens a lot in female led harem storie
