@miz pi bada is actually a npc (also the reason why he is the only one who can't kill the killer) unlike the rest of the ppl who seem to come from irl he is a kinda game characters (if iam worng please correct me) the have been trying to solve the games quest but had not luck after a while doha suggested to add bada in the group bc he warns the other players before starting the game as a npc but turns out he is really good at it, i think pi seongchan think what if only one real player can get out (the will most probably be doha) he takes out doha's tape and etc etc now bada has found out he is the now so even if everyone gets out he will be stuck here and pi seongchan took bada's tape and hide it to kinda sabotage doha (ik am wrong in most of the explanation but idk how to describe)
