not realy. yes is one of the most painful ways to die to be burned alive, but survivng beiing burned is worse. you would not be able to breath painless anymore, you would have the mental trauma of the burning pain, for the rest of your live. and a lot more stuff i wont mention.
a lot of torture methods that were used in the middle ages would be worse than beiing burned to death too.
you could say, every thing you can think of that ends with your death is still better than going trough that and surviving it,
in some occasions death is a blessing and surviving a curse.
and about being raped, like alapma did say.....sorry to say this and i can not just imagine how painful ra** can be, but there are a lot of worse ways out there than ra**, more than you would even belive or could imagine and keep your sanity.
