@Oat he’s a beta, he can’t get pregnant

@Coco Joe I’ve read the novel. He’s a diamond dust which is a special type of beta that has pheromones only a ghost alpha (ML) can smell, and diamond dust can only smell the ghost alpha’s pheromones too. Thats why they can smell each other. 

But he’s still a beta, he doesn’t have any reproductive organs for getting pregnant, so he can't get pregnant.

 He does get pregnant later on though, but that's at the end of the novel and when he's a full omega.
