I honestly can see the omega clearly cares about the uke
I mean if my best friend was in the same situation I would also had asked questions and meet up with them to though i would ask my friend for permission 
but i can also see what blonde hair is doing he just wants to find out if seme is a good guy or not 
which he can probly tell by the way he acts and by meeting without uke knowing 
and at the end he also got to find out if uke likes/cares/has feelings about seme(mc) 
so actually i don't think he's trying to ruin/break up what seme and uke have rn he's just a worried best friend
