Seeing that the TL team did not translate his word magic, I had google translate for me to see what magic Hiro used. The first 無力化 (muryokuka) means neutralize/disabling, maybe stopping magic and the second 大崩落 (Daihōraku) means large collapse, meaning the reason why the flying fortress was breaking apart in the later pages.
As for why he teleported when magic was prevented was explain when he reflected the magic attack using his trap card, I mean his trap word magic. He had a delay teleport place before or activated it.
