Apparently never... It is the same bs as usual. If it is not random bs power up it is character just getting angry and beating the sh** out of the oppoment.
Even if Natsu has somehow fused the dragon and demonic seeds, which should have been the power he used to beat Zeref, that power was destroyed to begin with!!!
