@Red smile Hey, hey.... At least give them the benefit of a doubt..... Maybe they were unlucky and their Wi-Fi cut out in the middle of them giving a rating? And you know how the ratings on this site are once you put your rating in or your review you can't go back and change it... So if the internet cut out right when they were trying to give a rating it would be impossible to fix it after posting. (Its a genuine possibility, with the previous version of the site)
