@Flames no he is blamed because he didn't give a clear reason of refusal to a mentally unstable and emotionally unstable/attached boyfriend
If he had said half of what he was actually thinking then we wouldn't be here.
But that's just my take

@The beauty of sm** you can't blame someone for that reason..if you give me something and I don't want i have a right to say no without having to explain myself to you whether I am dating you or not and it is not the bottom's job to cater to the top's mental health and based on what I am seeing and reading the bottom is trying hard to communicate with the top but because of whatever trauma he went through he only hears what he wants to hear .. the only thing I blame the bottom for is his stupidity thinking he can a guy like the top even if he later changes the top, the bottom himself would have been broken and traumatised by the top
