@Oh baby baby baby It's not exactly the same story wise, but I've enjoyed Reset life of a game addict. It's in modern times, has a slight fantasy element, and the MC is genuine

Superstar From Age 0 (reincarnation, a lot) -More tissues for the Little Mimic chapter.
Tensei Sh*** Inaka De Slowlife Wo Okuritai (reincarnation) -the eldest sister is annoying as he**, but otherwise it's funny.
Isekai Shokudou -fantasy and good food.
Shokubutsu Mahou Chito de Nonbiri Ryoshu Seikatsu Hajimemasu Zense no Chishiki o Kushi Sh*** Nogyo Shitara, Gyakuten Jinsei Hajimatta Kudan (reincarnation) -so da** cute. Although a little serious business is happening at the moment.
Ex-Salaryman’s Easygoing Farming Life in Another Wo (reincarnation) -just started, but lookds good so far
Isekai de Tochi o Katte Noujou o Tsukurou (Physical isekai) -there's some annoying politics in there, but most of it is fun life in the countryside
Toaru Ossan no VRMMO Katsudouki (VR games are serious business) -some of the monster fighting you expect in games, but the MC spends a lot of time crafting and cooking.
I Found a Female Knight in a Rice Field, in the Countryside They Think She’s My Wife (physical transfer from a fantasy world) -poor girl gets a shock at a world with high tech and no (fantasy) monsters
Mazumeshi Elf to Youbokugurashi (physical isekai) -cooking is not very well developed in the tribe the MC lands in. And it tastes bad.
Saikyou no Kanteishi tte Dare no koto? ~Manpuku gohan de Isekai Seikatsu~ (physical isekai) -several of the chapters have translations that suuuccckkkk, but if you can endure it, it's an adorable story.

Bring tissues for the last chapter or two; author apparently got the word they were being canceled, so they quickly wrote the story of how the couple wound up there in the first place, and why she's a cat.
Tada Shiawasena Isekai Kazoku Seikatsu (reincarnation with memories) -unusual in that it depicts a culture that is not medieval, Renaissance, Age of Reason, or early Industrial.
Tensei Dai Majo no Isekai Kurashi - Kodai Roman-Fuu Kokka de Hajimeru Mahou Kenkyuu (reincarnation with memories) -Roman era type culture. MC spends way too much time in her early years with her former life's memories overlapping her current life, which causes some issues until she's old enough to sort that out. WAY too da** short at ten chapters.

@Oh baby baby baby I dunno if Isekai Mofumofu Cafe counts. Yes, there's fantasy fluffy and cute bunnies and cats, but Fenrir and Cerberus also do S-monster level fighting. Only one I've seen Cereberus in, though.
