@DAngelo Jenkins It's gonna be about 2 more arcs (including this one) and afterwards she will be cured. It's hard to say exactly how long the manhwa will take. MC will go on a mission after this investigation arc and at the end of the mission he will breakthrough some level and cure her condition. In the novel she is cured at chapter 117 and so far the manhwa is close  to the chapter count of the novel, but it's hard to tell how they will progress.

@Mercenary Jin In actuality as far as I remember, she was never one of the greatest beuties because she was a child, like 10 or maybe less, when she was sent off for training. People thought she would become a top beauty when she will grow up as children normally are not considered in the contest (as the list is made up of ho*** dudes who rate women based on who they like the most, obviously). And when she appeared again after training - she was already fat due to the side effects of that martial art.
We don't know the actual age of when she underwent the training, but we know that she was considered a child before the training and an adult after the training. Considering a little kid as some kind of top beauty competing with adults is kind of creepy if you ask me.
