@Jin  Bro it's so much sh** it's hard to explain, basically he (The top/ aka the rapist) tortures him (The bottom) more and starts treating him like an actual dog- making him eat out of dog bowls, making him use the bathroom on pee pads. And at some point in the novel he escapes and the top sets him up to get gangraped AGAIN. there is a lot more too it in the actual novel I just suck at explaining but it's actually so genuinely disgusting. The bottom did some pretty messed up stuff in the past towards the top in middle school, so basically the reason why the top is doing all this is for "revenge".
