So she is the next head of her family, correct? It would make more sense to marry off the younger siblings first, to create bonds for her family. Not for her to marry. Because she won't keep her title but take on her husband's title. That would leave her sister to take on as the head of family.. just marry your sister off to the jerk, he just wants family ties.
