@SUNOO That's exactly what I mean. He was in love with a memory of a child he barely knew. He knew nothing about who they had become or what they were like now. He just liked them because he thought it was the person from the pic

@Pastel youre making me feel smart bro, look at the picture and then look at the MC. You can't possibly tell me that they don't look the same. Plus I'm pretty sure he knew his memories but like I said the MC and the other guy look the exact same, the MC even said it himself. Sooo

But he didnt really like "MC" he just liked the idea of him being the person in the picture. He moved so quickly when he found the actual one because he didnt actually like MC.
