They reunite at the end of the story (in a few chapters) after MC reads a news report of how Lerusha got into an accident. He goes to the hospital but encounters the other blue haired guy (the twink dude, I totally forgot his name) who was ahead of him. He sees him and Lerusha talking and gives up trying to see Lerusha again. But then Lerusha sees him and they have an argument. MC decides to leave for good but just as he's abt to, he runs back upstairs. Then him and Lerusha reconcile and that's where the story ends
